Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA and delivered through its content delivery network. When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer and browser information in order to deliver the website securely and reliably.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is the secure and efficient provision of this website. A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection for transfers to the USA.

Contact by email

If you send me an email, I process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f)). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Appointment booking

For booking calls I link to an external booking service. You only leave this website when you click the link; the privacy policy of the respective provider applies there.
